1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ContentFlow is a content management and automation platform that provides AI-powered script generation, content pipeline tracking, calendar scheduling, and competitor analysis tools for content creators.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, and you must create an account. Users under 14 require parental or legal guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. ContentFlow does not claim ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate scripts, hooks, and other content suggestions. AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment processing for ContentFlow is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the seller of record for all subscription transactions, handling payments, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial period, which requires a valid payment method. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7a. Free Trial

ContentFlow offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. ContentFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
