We collect the following types of information:

  • —Content Data: Ideas, scripts, content items, calendar entries, and memos you create
  • —Usage Data: How you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used)
  • —Payment Information: Billing and payment data is collected and processed by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • —To process your content through AI models for script generation and analysis
  • —To authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • —To communicate with you about the Service (updates, security alerts)
  • —To improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features (script generation, brainstorming, content analytics), your content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) for processing. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these cases:

  • —AI Processing: Content sent to AI providers for feature functionality
  • —Legal Requirements: If required by law or legal process
  • —Service Providers: Hosting and infrastructure providers who help operate the Service
  • —Payment Processor: Paddle (our Merchant of Record) processes payments, handles tax, and manages subscription billing. Your email and billing information is shared with Paddle.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use localStorage to store your authentication token and theme preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
