Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ContentFlow offers a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No payment is charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial.

2. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew on your billing date. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date via the subscription management portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of payment: Full refund if you have not substantially used the Service
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund if the Service is unavailable for 48+ hours due to our fault
  • Double charge: Full refund of the duplicate payment

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since payment and the Service has been used
  • Remaining days after mid-cycle cancellation (access continues until period end)
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • 1.Email support@creatflow.app with your refund request
  • 2.Include your account email and reason for the refund
  • 3.We will respond within 3 business days with a decision
  • 4.Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. Plan Changes

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing handled by Paddle. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund is provided for the difference.
